UAE DELIVERY

UAE Standard Delivery: Delivery within Dubai will take up to 24 - 48 hours starting when your order leaves our Studio. This option will not guarantee delivery on a specific date and may be left in a safe location. Other Emirates will take up to 2 - 4 days.

All orders over 400 AED will be eligible for standard delivery free of charge within the UAE.

 

UAE Express Delivery: Premium delivery for same day orders within Dubai will be offered on request. For this an additional fee of 80 AED applies in addition to our standard delivery fee above.

 

Please note: An appropriate courier will be selected to deliver your order depending on the weight, volume and value of your order as well as your delivery area. We do not offer guaranteed delivery on weekends or public holidays.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

 

International Standard Delivery: After choosing your personalised pieces please contact us for a price for delivery to any address outside the U.A.E. 

 

Costs vary depending on weight and size of your order and transit times will vary depending on the location of your delivery address.

 

Orders are usually delivered within 5 - 10 working days depending on your location but may on occasion take longer. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery from the date your order leaves our Studio.

 

International deliveries may be delivered through a local mail service and may not come with a tracking number. If a trackable service is used, your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number link that will allow you to check the status of your package. 

 

Please note: Unless otherwise stated all items are shipped from the U.A.E. and may incur duty & other charges upon entering other countries. Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient. We will NOT accept liability for such costs.

 

We are unable to advise what thresholds and rates are for other countries as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary significantly between countries and individual items. If upon delivery there are any additional charges due, our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.
